お知らせです　[日常] [編集]

しばらく更新せず、すみませんでした。
技師となった今、ものすごく忙しい日々です。

取り敢えず、近況として…
検査ｾﾝﾀｰ(ﾗﾎﾞ)で、血液部門に所属しています。
形態と輸血の掛け持ちです。
形態は顕微鏡の観察。
左手で顕微鏡の調節ネジ動かし、右手でテンキー状のカウンターを弾きます。
Neu(stb･seg)、Lym、Mono、Eo、Baso…
と正常なら、これだけで良いのですが、そんな容易にはいきません。
色々出てきますから、見分けないといけません。
ベテラン技師さんは、正常なら1分で読むらしいです。
私は、患者さんの血球染色態度を把握してからカウントするので、どうしても時間掛かります。

輸血は、苦手です。
腕や手首を傷めやすい上に、力が弱く、試験管の振り方が難しい。
強く振る訳にもいかず、だからと言って弱いと意味がない。
先輩方の仰る様に、自分なりのやり方を見つけていかなければなりません。

取り敢えず、こんな感じで頑張ってます。

以前から私の中で一定の期間が来たら、一区切りつけようと考えていました。
それは、退学した時か技師になった時と一応の目安として。
学生時代と社会人となった今は当然違う訳ですし、ここで一区切りつけたいと言うのが、私の考えです。
自分勝手ですみません。
